  • You send us your logo and photos for the labels
  • We design the labels to your approval
  • We create an online wine shop page for your organization (includes shopping cart)
  • You promote the wines to your supporters via email, social networking, press releases, etc.
  • Supporters buy the wines online
  • $5.00 for every bottle sold is donated to the organization

What We Look For In A Partner...
  • a non-profit organization or an organization assisting non-profit organizations (501c3 status not a requirement)
  • have been established for at least one calendar year
  • have a solid email or mail database of at least 1000 subscribers to be used to promote your wines
  • a solid history of fundraising activity
  • have an established and active social media presence with at least 5000 followers (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • have a primary domain name and website and willing to add a link on your website to your Benefit Wines page

1. Apply to become a charity partner
We want this program to be successful for your organization. Our application process seeks to ensure that organizations we partner with have a track record of successful fundraising activities along with the ability to effectively promote their custom label wines to their members, supporters and community. Benefit Wines provides all of our services free of charge to approved charity partners with the expectation that our charity partners work to promote their custom label wines - creating a win-win for the organization and Benefit Wines. The free services include designing the labels, setting up the secure online shopping page, creating promotional tools and establishing the account to service all incoming orders. Non-profit organizations with the ability to promote their custom label wines to supporters and members through email blasts, newsletters, social networking and at organization events throughout the year are encouraged to apply.




2. Submit Artwork/Photos to us for label design - or design your own labels
Benefit Wines designs your wine labels using your organization's artwork, photos and logo, creating a unique, limited edition wine series specific to your organization. We insist on using the best photos and artwork available to produce eye catching, appealing wines on the market today - especially in the eyes of your supporters. Our designers don't stop until you are completely satisfied with the final labels. For the graphically inclined organizations and individuals, you are welcome to design your own labels within our specifications.

    

3. Promote your custom label wines to supporters and community
Once your labels are complete and approved, we get to work setting up your secure, online shopping page, order forms, promotional materials and assist you in hitting the ground running. Your Benefit Wines team is dedicated to helping your organization succeed, coaching you along the way to making better sales and promotional decisions tailored to your organization. We create banner ads for your website and social network promotions, list you on our Facebook Page, Pinterest Page, assist you in producing graphic design work that you need for any promotional materials, and work with you to create an effective marketing plan to get the best results from the sale of your organization's custom label wines.

4. Receive sales reports and donation check every quarter
Benefit Wines sends complete sales reports along with donation checks at the end of every quarter to all charity partners. Sales reports and donation checks are sent prior to the 15th of the month following the close of the quarter.
