Please consider shipping to your place of employment or to a location where you know someone 21 years of age or older will be able to sign for the package. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipments must have an adult 21+ to sign for all wine packages. WE CANNOT LEAVE PACKAGES AT THE DOOR.
When deciding on a shipping address, we recommend shipping to your work or a neighbor's house if you do not think you will be home to sign upon delivery. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts. Address changes and package re-routing PRIOR to the third delivery attempt will incur an additional $15 surcharge. If the package is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we will need to re-charge shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after a package is returned we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges.
