Charity Partner Application

Benefit Wines provides non-profit organizations the opportunity to raise funds through the sale of wine through our sales programs. Organizations have the opportunity to raise funds through our generic brands or their own custom labeled wines. The programs are easily set up, require little to no effort on the organization's part and are a tremendous source of additional funding throughout the year.

Non-profits, large and small are encouraged to apply to Benefit Wines to learn more about our programs and services.

A Benefit Wines fund raising specialist will be in contact with you within 2-3 business days to review our fund raising programs and options and set up your hassle free wine shop.

Upon acceptance into this program, you will be asked to read, sign and return our affiliate agreement to partner with Benefit Wines in this endeavor. You can view a copy of this agreement by clicking here .

Applications and affiliate agreement must be completed by someone within the non-profit organization that has the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the organization.
