Returns & Exchanges

All our wines are custom labeled per order and are not returnable. If your wine arrived damaged due to shipping or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by telephone at (978)297-5477 or by email at so that we may further assist you.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm EST.

A return tag will be provided and sent to the customer for any returns allowed. Customer will be credited for any returned product upon receipt of the product in our shipping warehouse. For product that is returned without proper authorization, no shipping charges will be refunded and a 20% re-stock fee will be deducted from refund credited. All refunds and/or credits will be applied to the same credit card used for the original transaction.
